The MEDL7DW microscope has two different magnification levels (about 20x to about 45x) without having to change the distance to the skin. If an additional attachment is used, it is also possible to take an image of a larger area with a magnification of 10x. The MEDL7DW microscope also differs from the MEDL4DW by the use of an elegant metal housing. The Dino-Lite DermaScope® Polarizer HR dermascope is suitable for use by any dermatologist, but is usually purchased in a medical practice that places high demands on this equipment and wants its latest features and capabilities.
